The package will cost £14.99, or $19.99, plus postage and packaging. PP will be calculated when your order is placed, and will be in addition to the cost of £14.99. Payment must be made over PayPal before the pre-order deadline.
When is this terrifying-yet-less-terrifying-than-your-own-university-deadlines deadline?
The pre-order deadline will be the 1st February, 2018. This will allow time for copies to be printed, ordered, signed, doodled in, and shipped to you to arrive before the official Vol I release date.
And can anyone be involved in this remarkable deal?

However, please note that while international orders are available, I am based in the UK. Consequently, postage may become quite expensive if you are ordering to an address outside of Europe. Orders placed on Lulu.com after the release date, or from other retailers such as Amazon, will not have this issue as they will be printed from a distributor closer to your own country, however the signed pre-order package is only available at this cost, before the official release date.
